No mistakes are possible! It will be an opportunity to build community, learn new skills, and be present in your body as stress just melts away amidst the fun and joy of the circle.
This event is free to everyone! No registration required. Looking forward to seeing you there.

Experience the transformative power of sacred sound at our Bhakti Kirtan event!
Led by Dr. Aria Thomé, we will immerse ourselves in heart-opening kirtan, harmonizing voices, and connecting with the Universal energies that surround us.
We are excited to be offering this certified course “Foundations in Tuning Fork Healing.”
In this course you will learn the origins of sound healing and the present day applications of vibrational therapy. We will deep dive into theory, techniques, and practical applications of tuning fork therapy.
We will learn the techniques of weighted vs. unweighted, applications of both, and for what ailments various tuning forks are used. The theory covered will help us to alleviate symptoms such as depression, anxiety, and grief. In addition, you will be able to help relieve muscle pain as well as discover applications that bring in Chinese Medicine practices such as use of the meridians.
Project Sanctuary began and continues as a series of monthly, evening events with blended alternative healing methods facilitated by trauma-informed practitioners for those marginalized communities who have experienced rejection by organized religion
